it means:

… So Must Go To Lower Worlds,
And Clear Unsolved Karma There!

Clear His Wrong Deed(s) By:


(Either): Suffered Proportionately and
Outlived It.


(OR): Achievement of Inner Fiery
Purification—Only By Consciously and
Willingly:

(i)  Truly and Totally Repenting;


(ii)  Completely Self-Correcting
One’s Wrong: Motives, Thoughts,
Speech and Deeds;


(iii)  Total and Constant: Selfless
