Because our approximately one million years long ""Fifth Race evolution cycle"" has reached its end — and the coming new higher Buddhahood Race (of Selfless Heart Users) must begin their rightful evolutionary cycle; b.) Therefore all the unfit (who do not meet the requirements of the new higher: age, consciousness and world) have to be removed and replaced — or else they will taint, drag down and destroy the higher successor Race's evolution, that in turn: would have a negative domino effect to greater and broader plans (galactic, solar and cosmic) and cause the Highest God's Plans to fail! 24.)
