Obstacles will pile up like seemingly unscalable mountains, and achievements will seem insignificant! *d.) The influence of the subtlest energies will not be so evident. e.) The intermittent [continuously starting and stopping of], so called ‘sacred pains’ will torture one !!! *f.) The divisibility and transmissions of the spirit will still be beyond explanation. |
| *5.) The sequential process of growth of the spirit: a.) The first calls are pleasant and benevolent, and like a child, the cared-for beginner has no responsibilities. b.) But when the consciousness grows, the spirit becomes worthy of special important tasks. c.) These tasks contradict the outworn ways of mundane [non-spiritual, worldly] thinking, and therefore involve new difficulties and dangers !!! *6.) Truly, only a few learn to rejoice at the need to face and conquer obstacles ! *7.) Many more, yearn to return to the bygone half-developed consciousness. |
