Prepare ourselves with the TRUTH, and survival kits in case of disasters. 5. ALWAYS BE POSITIVE! FEAR NOTHING! Try to keep ourselves calm and our mind clear at all times even during emergencies. |

We are all immortal spiritually, but most of us are trapped in this physical world. So we have to try to liberate ourselves individually. Nobody can liberate you except for yourself. We are all equally blessed children of God. Nobody is below us or above us! Fear not because we are never alone. There is always our guardian angel, soul family and many masters that always support us and are with us. When we are quiet in mind and heart, we will feel their presence and guidance.
