Meditation Position

Just choose our most comfortable
position without falling asleep.  For
beginners, the lotus position or the way
Buddhist monks sit and meditate is
most helpful.  It will allow our kundalini
energy move easily up to the heart and
head energy centers.  Remember to
relax our body and mind, and keep our
eye lids closed while focusing on our
3rd eye (or center between eyebrows,
or
Ajna center).  Breathing control can
sometimes to be used for better
concentration.

Observe and be AWARE.
Just watch and be aware of everything
we see while we are meditating and
focusing on our 3rd eye.  Observe and
be aware of the breathing pattern,
heart beats, and sensations of the
physical body during and after
meditation.  Do not try to judge,
manipulate or suppress anything.  
Let it be.  Just stay in a natural
spontaneous total body RELAXATION
state.
Refuge within the HEART

Look within our 3rd eye location, also
known as our spiritual heart (our sacred
space).  At this sacred space, almost all
our feelings of insecurity, fear, glamour,
hatred, and all the other worldly
problems and sufferings will eventually
dissolve and disappear.  We are all,
each and every one of us, connected to
our ultimate Source or Creator.  
This is a heart-to-heart connection.  

After SELF REALIZATION, we will have
joy, peace, freedom, no more fear,
unconditional LOVE and wisdom.  
No two days will be the same anymore.  
Whereas before, everyday we cannot
find real peace, joy, freedom, security,
true love and wisdom externally.  After
we have attained SELF REALIZATION,
our personality and life will completely
change to our new REAL REALITY.  
We can then enjoy life with eternal joy,
total freedom, peace, fearlessness,
unconditional GIVING LOVE, wisdom
and service.  REMEMBER NOTHING
CAN BE ACHIEVED WITHOUT EFFORT!
