need for sleep.

can remain almost without food and
sleep.

At high altitudes:

*a.)  Mountains are important, because
they lead one out of the lower earthly
conditions.  On the heights, one feels
freed from ordinary earthly demands.


b.)  It will great mistake, to try to
artificially reduce the conditions on
mountains to fit our lower earthly
habits.  Remember and apply.
